By using Invinci's services, including mobile apps, websites, and devices, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you and Invinci International Limited, so please read it carefully.
Your Invinci subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You must cancel your subscription through the platform you originally used to subscribe (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
If you're unsure which platform was used, you can check your active subscriptions by visiting the App Store / Google Play Store and viewing your Invinci app purchase details:
On iOS (Apple App Store):
Go to Settings > Tap your name > Subscriptions > Find and select Invinci
On Android (Google Play Store):
Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Find and select Invinci

If we discover that a user is under the required age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account in accordance with our Terms of Service.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and constructive environment for all users and team members. You are expected to interact with Invinci personnel, including customer support, as well as with other users of the service, courteously and professionally. Any behavior deemed abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, whether through written communication, in-app interactions, or elsewhere, may lead to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion.

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You also waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
By using Invinci's services, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes related to billing, privacy, service functionality, or any other aspect of your relationship with Invinci.
You also waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against Invinci. This means you may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement, you may opt out by sending a written notice of your decision to opt out to [email protected] within 30 days from the date you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your Invinci account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration.
Please note that opting out of arbitration does not affect any other parts of these Terms and will not impact your access to or use of Invinci's services.

While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and reliable tools and information, Invinci does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data or results delivered through the app or any related services. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate cybersecurity measures and for verifying any critical information through additional trusted sources or professional advice.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree that Invinci is not liable for any harm or loss related to the use of its products or services.
We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When such changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms and, if the changes are material, we will provide you with additional notice, such as through email or in-app notifications.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to access or use Invinci's services after any updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the services.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using Invinci's services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any legal matters arising from or relating to these Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
Please note that you may have additional rights under the consumer protection or privacy laws of your country or region, for example, if you are a resident of Quebec, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any such rights where prohibited by law.
